As a member of Breakthrough Cincinnati’s team, you will inspire and teach middle school students while you advance your future goals. The only program of its kind in Cincinnati, our “students teaching students” model offers a safe haven for growth, individuality, and community. This summer, Breakthrough Cincinnati will invite 80 creative, hard-working, and inspired individuals to join our team. Lots of support is provided to make sure that you are successful and have a positive experience. The following positions are open for the 2021 summer session. Time Commitment

All available positions are seasonal, and require availability Monday through Friday from approximately 8 am until 5 pm. Some evenings required. Teaching Fellows will begin on June 7, 2021. All other positions will begin in late May or before with incremental workshops. The commitment includes training, program for students, and wrap-up. Staff receive a stipend for their service in the program, which is paid in two increments at mid- and end-of-summer. Housing may be available for staff from outside the region.
