Our Mission
We energize underrepresented aspirational students to enter college with confidence, while inspiring the next generation of educators. Our safe and inspiring space activates a transformational community to advance education, equity, and economic mobility in Greater Cincinnati.
THE NEED
Academically talented students are in every Greater Cincinnati neighborhood, but college matriculation varies widely.
Students from higher income high schools are 25% more likely than students from lower income high schools to enroll in college.
Within Hamilton County, school districts with the highest concentration of low income, BIPOC and English Language Learner students have a 27% lower college matriculation rate than districts with fewer students in these categories.
Only 5% of Ohio’s teaching staff are teachers of color. Additionally, male teachers only make up 23% of the national public school teacher workforce.

Our Programs
Programs are facilitated by ‘near peer’ Teaching Fellows to give aspiring teachers experience and mentorship opportunities.
Summer Scholars is a tuition-free, academically rich summer program where students take English, math, history, science as well as electives in foreign language, life skills and more!
School Year Program features monthly "Super Saturdays" where students explore college and career possibilities, ranging from what it's like to be an engineer, to college visits to community service.
Tutoring is our on-demand weekly tutoring that spans across an array of subjects and grade levels throughout the school year.
College Bound Program provides year round workshops like ACT Prep, financing college, and the opportunity to spend a week on campus at the University of Cincinnati.
